Stakeholder Consultation: Identification of administrative and grid barriers to the promotion of electricity from Renewable Energy Sources (RES-E)

A stakeholder consultation was carried out in order to identify the most important existing barriers to the development of RES-E. The enquiry focused on barriers related to problems with permission procedures and grid issues. The questionnaire was sent out in electronic format. The PROGRESS team received 52 responses from 21 EU countries and the consultation closed on 30 March 2007.
