Please note that the Commission is not in a position to cover the expenses of the participants (travel or accommodation). Nevertheless we intend to facilitate the booking of participants' accommodation in Berlin. The Commission's framework contractor for the event, Media Consulta, will reserve rooms - dependent upon demand from participants - in the NH Hotel Friedrichstraße and the Mercure Hotel at the Charité in Berlin. Participants can then book their room directly at the hotel by quoting the event name to receive a special room rate for their stay. Both hotels are located near to the conference venue as well as to the Opernpalais where the dinner will take place on 18 October.
