Day-to-day management

This section sets out what you need to know about the obligations and formalities to be met at each step of the management cycle.

Who does what

At the EACI the project and financial officers are responsible for managing the programme on the operational level and are the main contact point for project coordinators. The EACI team intervenes during the implementation of the projects to monitor and evaluate them and liaise with project coordinators.

Coordinators by contract must submit technical and financial reports (please consult the reporting template page) according to the agreed time schedule. In the section Communicating your results, requirements and indications on how to communicate successfully project results are given. Financial issues and contract amendments are also covered. These sections provide IEE project beneficiaries with useful information on how to submit a cost statement or to request an amendment to the contract.
