How to apply

All proposals must be submitted by the coordinator of the consortium using the Electronic Proposal Submission Service (EPSS), an online service available as a web based application. Help is available if you have technical problems with the software or simply need help understanding the call.

Proposals must be submitted by the coordinator of the consortium only using the Online Submission Tool (EPSS).

Need help with your application?

There are various ways to get help and advice on the application process:

  • Read the call documents including the guide for proposers published for your call.
  • Attend the annual European Info Day held in Brussels at the time of the publication of the call. If you can't attend, follow the event online. Information from the 2012 Info Day is available online.
  • Get in touch with your IEE national contact point.
  • Check your proposal idea with the EACI. Submit a short outline (1-2 pages) until 30th March 2012. More information available here pdf - 21 KB [21 KB] .
  • Contact the EACI for general enquiries about the call..
