The Organising Committee will bring new subjects and challenging panel discussions to the programme and, in particular since Brussels is the site of the European Institutions, policy issues and discussions will be high on the agenda.
Our host this time will be DuPont and the participants will have the opportunity to visit its enzyme plant in Bruges.
The conference coincides with Bruge's famous Triennale cultural exhibition and participants will have the opportunity to experience the Triennale with guided tours that will be taking place throughout this historic and magnificent city. The tour will be followed by the conference dinner offered by the industry sponsors.
As with the past four conferences, success will largely depend on your participation and contributions, and on behalf of the sponsors, the Organising Committee, Mr Jan Koninckx, DuPont Global Business Director of Biofuels and Mrs Marie Donnelly, Director for Renewables, Research and Innovation, Energy Efficiency of the Directorate General for Energy, I invite you all to submit your abstracts and join the lignocellulosic ethanol Community in Brussels in September.
