Under article 10(2) of the Directive 2010/31/EU on Energy Performance of Buildings, Member States have to communicate by 30 June 2011 to the European Commission (EC) a list of existing and, if appropriate, proposed measures and instruments including those of a financial nature, which promote the objectives of the Directive.
So far the EC has received the following information (next to the information received in the context of the National Energy Efficiency Action Plans referred to in Article 14(2) of Directive 2006/32/EC).
Under article 5(2) of the Directive 2010/31/EU on Energy Performance of Buildings, Member States have to communicate to the European Commission (EC) all input data and assumptions used for the calculations of cost-optimal levels of minimum energy performance requirements using the Delegated Regulation (EU) No 244/2012.
So far the EC has received the following information.
The Concerted Action EPBD are the main tool for supporting the Directive implementation across Member States. This forum was launched by the EC to promote dialogue and exchange of best practice between the Member States. It brings together the national authorities from 29 countries.
