An integrated approach to social and professional integrations has been increasingly recognised as a solution to solve unemployment problems and lack of qualifications. Working effectively with unemployed people with very low formal training or academic achievements is only possible when interventions are anchored in local communities (territory based), make the most of the existing support services and provide integrated support.
Make available to potential user organizations working with the unemployed (in networks and partnerships), a set of solutions supporting professional re-insertion and employability in a given territory, favouring the autonomy and the empowerment of participants. Autonomus is an organizing system of professional re-insertion pathways. The programmes, activities and structures are partially co-managed by the unemployed.
