Project focuses on the mothers, who have small children and have trouble to get back to
workforce. Survey conducted by Viljandi City shows that 25% of all unemployed women
haven’t found work since staying home with young children. This also makes it more
common that the children of the risk group soon will start belonging to risk group as well.
Project focuses on preventing these problems by helping target group back to workforce
through integrated social services.
One of the most important factors that prevent young mothers from going back to work is
childcare. Day care centers are too expensive for unemployed mothers. Present project also
helps with the different childcare options.

helping them on social field, with family and childcare. In Estonia so far different

different childcare options and family plans to support target group.

Primary aim of the project is the following: Young mothers who belong to risk group have better access to workforce trough new integrated methods and services.
Secondary aims:
The target group is working and has efficient training and knowledge on how to find
a job and be competitive in labor market;
There are less unemployment inside the target group in Viljandi county and in
Estonia general;
There is less risk to belong to risk group among the next generation of the target
group;
The problems and needs of the project are well known in local and international
level;
Project is sustainable.

All activities are conducted through cooperation of social workers, supporting group and case manager, who approaches each case individually. After target group is formed, they also have different opportunities to say their opinion on the matters of project and finding the best way to help them.
Partners are active in all the network meetings, which are to take place 10 times in form of supervisory meeting and 11 times during project in form of cooperation network. The meaning of network meetings are to involve all active groups, to find best ways of activating target group and benefiting the project.
