With this project called "Focus-social companies in Kävlinge" we would like to stimulate and inform the companies and organisations within the local area to invest in their future by taking a greater social responsibility. We would also with this project like to show the direct economicvalue of such a responsibility. A social responsibility taken by the companies will give dynamic solutions for a life-long learning, the working organisation, equal opportunities, a social participation and a durable development.
Our project is going to have a Developing partnership that will cover the acting parties within this geographical area and who have good insight into this theme but who also will contribute with the new solutions.
Our target groups are:
- employers
- working leaders, those employing staff, employees
- the unemployed
- those on sick-leave
- representatives from the professional and industrial organisations
These groups will jointly execute different activities whose purpose are to find good methods and achievements in the companies in order to give the "social company" an increased value within the company as well as giving it competitive advantages. The activities carried through for these target groups and the participants in the Developing partnership are:
- education
- exchange of experience
- study visit
- practice in company
- development of methods
- forming network
- development of follow-up- and evaluation program
To organize these activities the Developing partnership will take contact with the institutes and activities where we can find this knowledge.

Vi vill med projektet stimulera och informera företagen och verksamheterna i närområdet att investera i sin framtid att ta på sig ett större socialt ansvar. Vi vill visa att detta ansvarstagande har ett direkt ekonomiskt värde.
Våra målgrupper är arbetsgivare, arbetsledare, personalanställare, medarbetare, arbetslösa, sjukskrivna, representanter från intresseorganisationerna.

Dessa grupper kommer gemensamt att genomföra olika aktiviteter som har till syfte att finna bra metoder och insatser i företagen så att de sociala företaget får ett mervärde både inom företagen, men också att de ger konkurrensfördelar. De aktiviteter som kommer att genomföras för målgrupperna är på lokalt plan och i det transnationella arbetet är, utbildning, utbyte av erfarenheter, studiebesök, praktik i företag, utveckling av metoder, bildande av nätverk och utveckling av uppföljnings- och utvärderingsprogram.
För dessa aktiviteter kommer Utvecklingspartnerskapet att ta kontakt med de institutioner och verksamheter som kan bidra med denna kunskap.
