The Project seeks to facilitate the creation of businesses among the collective of the mentally ill, creating a social and educational surrounding capable of re-enforcing the presence of the aforesaid collective in the business environment. To achieve this goal, we must keep in mind a series of points: overcome the stereotypes which relegate the mentally ill to a purely assisted plane, in this way limiting their integral growth as a person by stunting the aspect of work association, banish the idea of applying a one only model ( one size fits all) and activate the resources of the varied social components towards an approach in keeping with the ground reality, which, in the great majority of cases, is very different from the business background, in which they are accustomed to move In this way, the different social components participating in the project, as members of the AD occupy an indisputable role in its development, participating as Guarantors of the business projects in all its phases, adapting its business experience (in subjects such as formation, management, guardianship, social or medical assistance) to the reality of each of the mentally ill. The development of a programme for the creation of enterprises for people with severe mental disorders, requires taking into account that a real viability does exist, if we are assured of certain conditions, which our project proposes, in order to promote the setting up of entrepreneurial initiatives and guarantee the success of the business projects undertaken. It is necessary to get to know the mentally ill person and his personal and social situation and focus this analysis from the perspective of the business environment. That way, by analysing the different areas of personal functioning, which are usually affected (cognitive, perceptive, motivational and relational), different evolutionary periods through which these people pass, with the possibility of important but unpredictable temporary oscillations, the diversity of interventions which must be brought into play to approach these problems and which become essential components of the programme, have to find their place within a flexible business background, receiving outside support- as the most relevant points- and be sufficiently bound together in its different facets (personal, commercial, financial, organisational) to be able to face a highly competitive market economy. In this way we must take a new reading of terms, such as medical assistance, formative education, functional space, business organisation-work shifts, timetable---among others. Redefining those terms with the specifications peculiar to this collective but within a business perspective in accordance with this reality, will allow proposals of new forms of management and organisation, new systems of guardianship and new practical and formative contents.

Objective

The main objectives of the project can be established as: · Analysis and adaptation of the business environment to suit the reality of the mentally ill. · Awareness of both realities- collective and business- and the search for the main links to ensure a joint growth, harmonic and continued. · Reconcile medical and social support, as a priority axis, with the new situation created by the participation of the mentally ill in business. · The cohesion of the different social components concerning the effective participation of support towards the enterprise in which the mentally ill participates. · Creation of an integral and protective framework to enable compatibility between his personal situation and the dynamics of the enterprise. · Informing society- with priority given to the business sector- that the reality of the mentally ill is a reality with added difficulties. · Specific occupations for the mentally ill/ drug addict collective. Among the results which we wish to achieve we would highlight: · Making a study of the collective with which we are concerned and a new concept of business arising from their presence in it. · Creation of permanent backup teams for the mentally ill which will simplify their participation in the business activity, while coordinating the mental health and social services, providing an individualised follow up for the patient and responding rapidly to problems which may arise¿ · The creation of specifically educational itineraries (theoretical-practical) which guarantee the continued formation of the assistants to the ill, as well as and especially of themselves(around12), including help in formation, through scholarships (120) · The undertaking of specific tutorials which will guarantee the support of the business sector and follow up necessary for the new enterprises arising from the framework of the project · Setting up of at least 3 enterprises and of 4 assisting itineraries.

Innovation as far as the process is centred in organizing the project in hand, around the idea of allowing access of the mentally ill, to the enterprise as an indispensable participant in its development, not only as a mere worker, but even reaching the point of co-managing the business project. Innovation as far as the objective is rooted in the effective participation of the mentally ill as an agent tutoring his own enterprise, or in the possibility which is offered to the business sector to look for support in this collective to strengthen their business projects on an equal footing with any other worker, maintaining the participation of the mentally ill as shareholder or in any other capacity within the project. The resulting formulas from the specific study of the binomial enterprise/mentally ill should contribute enough guidelines to protect the participation of this collective as co-managers throughout the process of development of the businesses. Innovation insofar as the context concerned centred in the conciliation of the problems of the mentally ill and the business reality in which it is situated, is maintained throughout the itinerary, supervised from outside agents with the capacity to purge conflicts which may arise and bring the situation back to best parameters. In this way, health, social assistance, formation, family and business, is harmonised, avoiding the disconnection which has a negative influence on the integral development of the ill person.

Our project aims at promoting the individual capacity of the mentally ill, enabling them for work and making them responsible for the progress of the enterprises in which they participate. In this way we develop the responsibility for working as a team by uniting their interests around the idea of consolidating an entrepreneurial project through their own efforts. In order to design this project and to bring it as close as possible to the reality of the collective and so adapt it to their reality, we have counted, not only on the experience and participation of all the agents implicated, but also we have integrated the opinion of the ill by their contribution in polls and private opinions. In posterior phases the collective will occupy a relevant role and will participate in the decision making where it affects them. Our project will endeavour to foment a change of perspective in the analysis of mental illness and , as such, the implication of tehm during its development is fundamental

Between national partners

The members of the AD have specific and proven experience in participation in the solution of situations of inequality regarding the area which they occupy within the project. Direct work with the mentally ill on the part of FAISEM, especially in the management of 9 enterprises, in which this collective is implicated, guarantees an integral vision of the problem. AFESOL and MARBELLA SOLIDARIA work on an assisting plane, providing support, integration of the ill, prevention and awareness, among other things. MMCSOL is responsible for the daily tutorials of businesses and the carrying out of a continued follow up of the same, helping in their financing and viability, and the latter in their commercial projection. The University of Málaga is equipped with sufficient teaching staff to develop the formative programmes and direct a study which guarantees being able to tackle the binomial, which we endeavour to analyze and re enforce in the project.

En pos del desarrollo de un nuevo modelo de generación de actividad económica autónoma por y para el enfermo mental, la estrategia de intervención del proyecto TÁNDEM se enmarca dentro de los Itinerarios Personalizados e Integrados para el Autoempleo (IPIA), los que se desarrollarán en 5 áreas diferenciadas: 1- Área de investigación y estudios: se pretende aportar un marco de situación a las acciones a emprender. Se prevé realizar un análisis de nuevos yacimientos de empleo (NYE) y del binomio enfermo mental-empresa. Además, se realizarán acciones destinadas a detectar empresas ¿soporte para el autoempleo¿ (entidades que puedan generar oportunidades laborales para personas con enfermedades mentales) y empresas-acompañantes en el desarrollo de nuevas estructuras productivas (entidades ¿madrinas¿ que acompañarán el proceso de creación de empresas). 2- Área de preselección y acogida: para la captación de los beneficiarios se organizarán talleres de difusión y una jornada de presentación del proyecto. 3- Área de orientación laboral: se ofrecerá un Servicio de Apoyo al Enfermo Mental, desde el que se realizará un seguimiento socio-terapéutico y asistencial del/ de la beneficiario/a, y se creará una herramienta tecnológica para la orientación laboral: Portal Tandem para el empleo y el autoempleo. 4- Área de formación: se han diseñado tres subcategorías: - Formación básica. - Formación en el puesto de trabajo (a cargo de tutores para el autoempleo). - Formación para la creación de empresas (en este caso la formación será impartida en el lugar en donde se localizará físicamente la iniciativa empresarial, constituyéndose como un mecanismo de formación práctica). Se prevé el desarrollo de acciones formativas relacionadas con el medioambiente, las NTIC y el mantenimiento de espacios verdes. 5- Área de nuevas iniciativas empresariales: esta área comprende asesoramiento empresarial y tutorías, que serán llevadas a cabo por los Agentes para el Desarrollo del Autoempleo. Se pondrá en práctica el Dispositivo Tándem para la asesoría, consolidación y gestión de empresas (dispositivo de asesoramiento en gestión laboral, fiscal y contable) y se realizarán estudios de viabilidad para nuevas empresas (proyectos piloto). Se persigue la creación de 2 empresas, que estarán participadas por personas que sufren enfermedades mentales y por empresas solventes del sector, quienes estarán a cargo de la dirección de los nuevos emprendimientos. Desde el proyecto se ofrecerá ayuda financiera para la creación y consolidación de estas empresas. De forma transversal, se desarrollarán acciones de motivación y sensibilización a participantes, familia, entorno social y tejido empresarial. Además, se elaborará un dispositivo de innovación, aprendizaje y transferencia: ¿Observatorio Tandem¿ (herramienta de evaluación y análisis del proceso). Finalmente, se ofrecerá formación a personal técnico de la agrupación de desarrollo y se diseñará una estrategia de refuerzo y capacitación de dispositivos de empleo existentes.

TANDEM Acceso a la empresa de personas con trastornos mentales graves

Rationale

El proyecto ¿Acceso a la empresa de personas con trastornos mentales graves¿ persigue facilitar la creación de empresas entre el colectivo de enfermos mentales creando un entorno social y educativo capaz de reforzar la presencia del citado colectivo en el entorno empresarial. Para alcanzar este objetivo es necesario tener presente una serie de puntos: superar los estereotipos que relegan al enfermo mental al plano puramente asistencial y que de este modo limitan su crecimiento integral como persona al impedir el desarrollo de su vertiente asociativa laboral, desterrar la idea de un único modelo aplicable para todos o ¿talla única¿ y activar los recursos de los diversos agentes sociales entorno a un planteamiento acorde a la realidad sobre la que actúan, en la gran mayoría de los casos, muy distinta al plano empresarial en que están habituados a moverse. De este modo, los distintos agentes sociales participantes en el proyecto como miembros de la AD ocupan un papel incuestionable en su desarrollo al participar como garantes de los proyectos empresariales en todas sus fases adecuando su experiencia empresarial (en temas como la formación, la gestión, la tutorización, la asistencia social o sanitaria) a la realidad del enfermo mental. El desarrollo de un programa de creación de empresas para personas con trastorno mental severo exige partir del hecho de que existe una factibilidad real, si se aseguran determinadas condiciones que nuestro proyecto gestiona, para fomentar la puesta en marcha de iniciativas empresariales y garantizar el éxito de los proyectos empresariales acometidos. Es preciso partir del conocimiento del enfermo mental y de sus situación personal y social y enfocar ese análisis desde la perspectiva del entorno empresarial. Así, analizar las distintas áreas del funcionamiento personal que suelen estar afectadas (cognitivas, perceptivas, motivacionales y relacionales), los distintos momentos evolutivos por los que pasan dichas personas, con posibilidad de importantes oscilaciones temporales de difícil predicción, la diversidad de intervenciones que deben ponerse en juego para abordar dichos problemas y que se convierten en componentes esenciales del programa, han de encontrar acomodo en un entorno empresarial flexible y con apoyo externo - como puntos más relevantes - y lo suficientemente cohesionado en sus distintas facetas (personal, comercial, financiera, organizativa) para permitir enfrentarse a una economía de mercado altamente competitiva. De este modo es preciso hacer una nueva lectura de términos como asistencia médica, formación educativa, espacio funcional, organización de la empresa ¿ turnos de trabajo, horario... - entre otros. Redefinir estos términos con las especificidades propias del colectivo pero bajo el prisma empresarial acorde a esa realidad va a permitir proponer nuevas formas de gestión y organización, nuevos sistemas de tutorización y nuevos contenidos prácticos y formativos.

Objective

Los principales objetivos del proyecto pueden establecerse en: - Análisis y adecuación del entorno empresarial a la realidad del enfermo mental. - Conocimiento de ambas realidades ¿ colectivo y empresa ¿ y búsqueda de los principales nexos para procurar un crecimiento conjunto, armónico y continuado. - Armonizar el apoyo sanitario y asistencial, como ejes prioritarios, a la nueva situación surgida de la participación del enfermo mental en la empresa. - Cohesión de los diferentes agentes sociales en torno a la participación efectiva en un programa de apoyo a la empresa participada por el enfermo mental. - Creación de un espacio marco integrado de protección del enfermo mental que compatibilice su situación personal con la dinámica empresarial. - Sensibilizar a la sociedad - prioritariamente a los empresarios ¿ que la realidad del enfermo mental es una realidad que sólo suma. - Preocupación específica por el colectivo de enfermos mentales drogodependientes. Entre los resultados que pretendemos alcanzar destacamos: - Realización de un estudio sobre el colectivo que nos ocupa y la nueva concepción de empresa surgida con su presencia en ella - Creación de un equipo de apoyo permanente al enfermo mental que facilite su participación en la actividad empresarial coordinando los servicios de salud mental y servicios sociales, haciendo un seguimiento individualizado del paciente, respondiendo con celeridad a los problemas surgidos en los enfermos... - Realización de itinerarios formativos específicos (teórico-prácticos) que garanticen la formación continuada tanto de los asistentes de los enfermos como prioritariamente de ellos mismo (en torno a 12), incluyendo la ayuda a la formación a través de becas (120). - Realización de tutorías específicas que garanticen el seguimiento y el apoyo empresarial necesario a las nuevas empresas surgidas en el marco del proyecto - Puesta en marcha de al menos 3 empresas y de 4 itinerarios asistenciales.

Innovation

La innovación en cuanto al proceso se centra en organizar todo el proyecto que abordamos entorno a la idea de permitir el acceso del enfermo mental a la empresa como partícipe indispensable de su desarrollo, en posición no sólo de mero trabajador sino incluso llegando a co-gestionar el proyecto empresarial. La innovación en cuanto al objetivo radica en la participación efectiva del enfermo mental como gestor tutorizado de su propia empresa o en la posibilidad que se ofrece a los empresarios de apoyarse en el colectivo para fortalecer sus proyectos empresariales en paridad con cualquier otro trabajador manteniendo la participación accionarial o de cualquier otra índole de los enfermos mentales en el proyecto. Las fórmulas resultantes del estudio específico del binomio empresa/enfermo mental han de aportar pautas suficientes como para proteger la participación del colectivo como cogestores a lo largo de todo el proceso de desarrollo de las empresas. La innovación en cuanto al contexto se centra en que la conciliación de la problemática del enfermo mental y la realidad empresarial en la que se sitúa se mantiene a lo largo de todo el itinerario supervisada por agentes externos capacitados para depurar los conflictos que puedan surgir y retomar la situación a parámetros óptimos. Se armoniza de este modo salud, asistencia social, formación, familia y empresa evitando su desconexión que influye negativamente en el desarrollo integral del enfermo.

Nuestro proyecto pretende promover la capacidad individual del enfermo mental capacitándole para un trabajo y haciéndole corresponsable de la marcha de las empresas en las que participa. De ese modo desarrollamos la responsabilidad y la capacidad para trabajar en equipo al aunar los intereses en torno a la idea de consolidar un proyecto empresarial con su propio esfuerzo. Para el diseño del proyecto, por acercarlo lo máximo posible a la realidad del colectivo y de este modo adecuarlo a su realidad, hemos contado no sólo con la experiencia y participación de todos los agentes implicados además hemos integrado la opinión del enfermo con su contribución a través de sondeos y opiniones particulares. En fases posteriores el colectivo ocupará un papel relevante y participará en la toma de decisiones que le afecten. Nuestro proyecto pretende, fomentar un cambio de perspectiva en el análisis de la enfermedad mental por lo que la implicación de los actores es fundamental.

Los miembros de la AD tienen una experiencia específica y demostrada en participar en la solución de situaciones de desigualdad en atención al área que ocupan dentro del proyecto. El trabajo directo con enfermos mentales por parte de FAISEM, muy particularmente en la gestión de 9 empresas en donde el colectivo está implicado, garantiza una visión integral de la problemática. AFESOL y MARBELLA SOLIDARIA, trabaja en el plano asistencial, de integración de enfermos, de prevención y de sensibilización, entre otros. MMCSOL se encarga a diario de tutorizar empresas y de realizar un seguimiento continuado a las mismas ayudando en su financiación y en su viabilidad, y esta última, en su proyección comercial. La UMA cuenta con el profesorado suficiente para desarrollar los programas formativos y dirigir un estudio que garantice poder abordar el binomio que pretendemos analizar y reforzar en el proyecto.
