Development partnership M – LAB reply on real problems of structural unemployment of young in Gorenjska region, which are the most vulnerable –discriminated, among whom also rate of unemployment is growing very fast. They are usually not enough flexible, with education that does not respond the needs of SME-s, on the other side the SME-s do not want to employ them, also national politics do not reach the overall satisfactory results.

Main goal of the partnership is to develop and establish new model of employment for young M – lab integrated program of motivation- guidance - inclusion into work, which will join and connect regional partnership (NVO, SME-s, local communities, social partners, public institutions and development agencies) and at the same time offer the inclusion to goal population of young people. The model M – LAB will try to establish instrument for quicker and permanent survival of young people on the labour market. M-LAB will develop new methods and forms of work and work practice in the companies, enable young people for improvement of employment opportunities, bigger social inclusion, less unemployment and try to upgraded national policies.

BSC was founded in 1994, has the status of Regional development agency for Gorenjska region and act as a Regional centre for development of SME-s. Founders: communities of Gorenjska, craft chambers in the region, Economy chamber and state.
BSC Kranj is the regional support institution for entrepreneurial and economic development of the Gorenjska. Together with local, regional, national and international partners, the mission of BSC is to implement the supporting activities, consistent with national and EU criteria. Hereby the real needs of the region are taken into account and thus we can contribute to the development and creation of the environment, inclined to economic growth.
•BSC develops and implements programmes and projects, which strengthen the regional economy by linking company (SMEs) needs and local interests with the national and EU policies.
•BSC Kranj is also a key actor in the implementation of cross border co-operation with Austria and other international connections
•Our approach is based on the real needs of our region and/or our clients. Our projects are result oriented but we believe that the results can be achieved with partnership and commitment only.

Small Business Development Centre - SBDC was established by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia in 1992 with an aim to co-ordinate the Small Business Support Network and entrepreneurship promotion programmes. The mission of SBDC is to enhance the establishment of entrepreneurship development supporting environment in Slovenia and to accelerate the development of entrepreneurial culture. Zavod Jelša is non profit organization with the main task of social – employment rehabilitation in the base of individual, interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, holistic, integral, progressively treatment of target groups.

Employment Service of Slovenia is an independent legal entity with public institute status. It was founded on the basis of Article 61 of Employment and Unemployment Insurance Act.
ESS operates on three levels: the main office, where the management and the head office are located, as well as regional and local offices throughout Slovenia.
The basis cells of ESS are the local offices (LOs) which, through direct contact, provide clients with job placements and counselling, implement the rights arising from unemployment insurance, carry out employment programmes, provide vocational guidance for schoolchildren and adults, and deal with scholarships.
Regional offices (ROs) perform professional and operational tasks in their own areas, monitor and study employment and unemployment trends, and provide advice and professional and operational assistance to LOs, and to commercial entities and other local communities in the area.
The Head Office (HO) is responsible for a uniform methodology for the professional and operational implementation of the basic activities of ESS. It provides all ESS organizational units with complete information, as well as analytical, legal, personnel, financial, accounting, development and organizational support.
For Gorenjska region is responsible Regional office Kranj, which is divided into five local offices: UD Jesenice, UD Kranj, UD Radovljica, UD Škofja Loka in UD Tržič.

Students organisation of Faculty of organisational sciences incorporates students bachelors of science and postgraduate students of Faculty for organisational science Kranj and works in the interest of development and progress of faculty, universe, university town, wider region and republic of Slovenia, mostly for the benefit of students. Every student with enrolment on the Faculty automatically becomes the member of SO FOV.
SO FOV Kranj has with its Universidad organisation achieved agreement and has become the first faculty student organisation with legal status. This was the big step forward for the students because it means individual and quality development in the Slovenian and international area.
