Rationale
Text available in
There is missing a real analyse of concrete situation in Slovakia –
natural cross borders and needs of refugees which could be used
elsewhere and by other persons in future.
This situation leads us to new approach application as a pilot project
for education and orientation which could be usable for present and
future asylum seekers.

Agreement Summary
Text available in
As the objectives of all partners’ projects are to promote integration
of asylum seekers in labor market and in social life the DP’s agree to
have this as the priority of their transnational cooperation the
following objectives:
Objective 1: exchange of past experiences and getting to know each
other. In the phase of creating the transnational partnership respective
DP’s have exchanged some information describing their activities. They
also will to continue this practice, informing each other about the
specific characteristics of their work, the structure of their
organizations and partners. This Objective focuses on identifying common
problems and common challenges facing two DP’s in their countries.
Objective 2: common observation of implementation of both projects in
respective countries
The Objective 2 of transnational cooperation is to observe how each of
the projects is implemented and developed in each country. This would
help to observe good practices of others and develop good practices in
each project itself. This objective is also focused on preparing to
transnational meetings and discussions.
Objective 3: exchange of experiences gathered while implementing
national projects
Objective 3 is created by the partners to enable them regular meetings
and contact concerning their positive as well as negative experiences
with implementation of their national projects. Through this kind of
activity, the two DP’s would have a possibility to share common problems
and also identify problems specific for each one of them. This would
make a basis for Objective 4.
Objective 4: discussion on good practices and experiences shared,
implementation of good practices of others. Objective 4 is the key
objective to transnational partnership as it would be the stage of
common discussions and solutions. Three DP’s observations gathered
within Objective 1, 2 and 3 would come useful while discussing their
experiences and proposals of good practices within Objective 4. This
Objective expresses the main issue within this transnational
partnership: to work on common practices and solutions which could be
implemented in all three countries.
Objective 5: good communication.
The partners’ objective is also to continue good communication, which is
a basis for good cooperation. This Objective’s realization would be
guaranteed through system of exchanging e-mails and newsletters on
regular basis and personal meetings in Slovakia as well as in Poland.
The close geographic setting of those two countries would make it
easier.
Objective 6: asylum seekers as a priority
Objective 6 sums up the reason and main idea of both DP’s as well as
their transnational partnership. The aim of the partners is to, through
all the activities described above, monitor the situation of asylum
seekers in their countries. This monitoring aim is to note the structure
of the target group, be kept up to date with arising problems, being
aware of the results of national projects.
