Create the capacity to provide the re-educative course „Personal assistant to the disabled person“. Those, who will pass the training are considered as the qualified providers of the social services – creation of new jobs plus possibility to work as a voluntaries (e.g. students of medicine).

Project is aimed to create new jobs for the assistants providing innovative social service and pre – professional medical care, it increases their education through the re-educative courses where they can study the sign language, methods of work with deaf and blind people etc. Further impact is the increased number of people that are able to provide basis medical care.

Vytvoriť kapacity a zázemie na realizáciu rekvalifikačného kurzu „Osobný asistent občana so zdravotným postihnutím“, ktorého absolventi budú kvalifikovaní poskytovatelia asistenčných sociálnych služieb – vytvorenie nových priamych pracovných miest plus vytvorenie dobrovoľníckych pracovných miest napr. pre študentov medicíny v rámci prázdnin

- vytvoriť databázu dobrovoľných a kvalifikovaných asistentov evidovaných v rámci ČK s efektívnym prepojením na profesionálne záchranárske tímy

- zvýšiť vzdelanosť – základné vedomosti o poskytovaní predlekárskej prvej pomoci

Ide o pilotný projekt a know how, ktoré doteraz nebolo (aspoň v SR) aplikované v rámci žiadneho iného projektu. Projekt synergicky spája zdravú a mladú časť populácie, resp. práce schopných s tými, ktorým vek alebo zdravotný stav neumožňuje aktívne sa zapájať do pracovného procesu alebo spoločenského života všeobecne. V rámci projektu sa vytvoria priamo pracovné miesta (platených) asistentov, ako aj dobrovoľných asistentov.

Projekt sa zameriava na vytvorenie nových pracovných miest – pre kvalifikovaných asistentov poskytujúcich inovatívne asistenčné sociálne služby a predlekársku prvú pomoc. Takisto na zvýšenie ich vzdelanosti – každý asistent bude musieť absolvovať rekvalifikačný kurz, v ktorom bude oboznámený nielen so základmi poskytnutia prvej pomoci, asistencie postihnutému, ale napr. aj získa základné znalosti posunkovej reči, oboznámi sa s požiadavkami na prácu so sluchovo alebo zrakovo postihnutými apod. Okrem toho sekundárnym dopadom bude zvýšené percento ľudí ovládajúcich poskytovanie prvej pomoci.

Hlavný projektový tím bude pozostávať z projektového manažéra , ktorý bude zodpovedať za celkové riadenie projektu a kontakt, spoluprácu všetkých partnerov vrátane organizovania stretnutí a monitoringov, rozhodovací proces bude na horizontálnej báze, t.j. vzájomná diskusia a spoločne prijaté rozhodnutie v rámci projektového tímu.
