DP is the connection of specialists from area of theory and specialists
from practice, with whom we would like to train specially prepared
diagnostic-motivation team (DMC), which will systematically effect the
increase of specialised help for target group in long term.
Increasing of quality and permanent sustainability of jobs and equal
chances for Roma population and other marginalized groups through
quality improvement of NGO services.

Creating flexible and opened system, which will combine various subjects
and this will improve:

To build Transnational solidarity on Roma and Travellers issues for
example educational disadvantage, to exchange learning and best practice
and to work on the development of training and self advocacy responses
to this exclusion. We aim to develop the strategy to challenge the
discrimination and prejudice which underpins this exclusion.

RP je prepojením odborníkov z oblasti teoretickej a odborníkov z praxe,
s ktorými predpokladáme vyškoliť odborne pripravený diagnosticko –
motivačný tím DMC a ten bude dlhodobo a systematicky vplývať na
zvyšovanie odbornej pomoci cieľovej skupiny.
Zvýšenie kvality a trvalej udržateľnosti pracovných miest a rovností
šancí pre rómske obyvateľstvo a iné marginalizované skupiny
prostredníctvom skvalitnením služieb MNO.
Inovatívnosť – vytvorenie flexibilného a otvoreného systému, ktorý
modulovo spája rôzne subjekty
- individuálna práca s jednotlivcom s aktuálnou systematickou pomocou
pri resocializácii
- spolupráca v RP s rôznymi typmi inštitúciami na miestnej úrovni
- Prepojenie a zladenie faktorov – monitoring, analýza, štatistika
- individuálny prístup
- prispôsobovanie tréningových ponúk
Vytvorením flexibilného a otvoreného systému, ktorý modulovo spája rôzne
subjekty zlepšíme:
- individuálnu práca s jednotlivcom s aktuálnou systematickou pomocou
pri resocializácii
- kolektívnu zodpovednosť a kapacitu činnosti jednotlivých členov RP,
resp. zmeníme postoje priamych a nepriamych účastníkov
Projekt bude riadený projektovým tímom, rozhodovanie na úrovni celkovej
koordinácie bude vykonávať projektový tím s rovnosťou hlasou každého
člena PT.
