DP wants to solve the process of implementing supporting employment in the most risky regions of SR, considering unemployment rate of people with disabilities and long-term unemployed people. It is based on supporting quality of provided services in the form of educating workers of existing and newly created NGOs providing services supporting employment and facilitation of cooperation with other operators in the regions, who participate at decreasing unemployment rate of disadvantaged groups at various extend.

The method of supporting employment is the method of obtaining and sustaining employment of people with disabilities in free labour market for regular fee. So far, the method has not been sufficiently implemented, because there is not clear methodology, the system of preparing human resources for this area has not been processed and implemented as well as standards and obligatory indicators of success in providing these services.

The result will be training three types of officer necessary for operation of organisation providing services supporting employment and for agencies supporting employment, which were legislatively established only in the pervious year.

Project management Unit will be established for project coordination, it will set communication rules among DP members, it will prepare Contract on Development Partnership and Contract on Transnational Cooperation and will distribute tasks and coordinate the work of all project teams. It will be responsible for regular evaluation and monitoring of project operation.

C2E2 will develop a common, internationally transferable approach to retaining and reintegrating people experiencing mental distress at work in the labour market.
C2E2 will develop a common approach to the empowerment of the beneficiary group based on identified best practices within and out with the C2E2 partners
C2E2 will identify best practice, standards and methods to meet the needs of the beneficiaries with a view to accreditation/certification.
C2E2 will develop links with and inform wider networks at national, EU and global levels.

RP chce riešiť proces implementácie podporovaného zamestnávania do najrizikovejších regiónov SR z hľadiska miery nezamestnanosti občanov so zdravotným postihnutím a dlhodobo nezamestnaných občanov. Stavia na podpore kvality poskytovaných služieb formou vzdelávania pracovníkov existujúcich a novovytvorených MVO poskytujúcich služby podporovaného zamestnávania a facilitáciou spolupráce ostatných aktérov v regiónoch, ktorí sa rôznou miery podieľajú na znižovaní miery nezamestnanosti znevýhodnených skupín.

Metóda podporovaného zamestnávania je metódou získavania a udržiavania si zamestnania pre osoby so zdravotným postihnutím na voľnom trhu práce za pravidelnú mzdu. Doteraz ale nie je metóda dostatočne implementovaná, pretože neexistuje jednotná metodika, nie je vypracovaný a doteraz nebol realizovaný systém prípravy ľudských zdrojov pre túto oblasť a najmä nie sú vypracované štandardy a záväzné meratele úspešnosti poskytovania tejto služby.

Na koordináciu projektu bude ustanovená RJP (Riadiaca jednotka projektu), ktorá stanoví komunikačné pravidlá medzi členmi RP, zostaví Dohodu o RP a Dohodu o nadnárodnej spolupráci. RJP bude rozdeľovať úlohy a bude koordinovať prácu všetkých projektových tímov. Bude zodpovedná za pravidelné vyhodnocovanie a monitoring priebehu projektu.
