Information Centres for Young are institutions operating in individual regions of SR. At present, the reform of their functioning is under way – most of IC remains to be non-profitable organisations. DP brings innovative methodology for NGOs assisting to young in searching for employment and increasing their potential to get employment. The reasons for project implementation are requirements of labour market and needs of target group.

Project ´s innovation is based on work with students of secondary schools and young unemployed , with participation of other institution taking part in creation and methodology of carrier advice. The project creates new methodology, Job Centre and analyses of labour market, which does not exist at present.

Individual tasks of the project are planned continuously according to the labour market analyses, depending on direct work with participants leading to involvement in working process. The project develops useful partnerships, which help in the labour market system, they complement each other, create innovative approaches for labour market and carrier advice for young people.

Agreement Summary

Through a series of activities of common research, of confrontation of reciprocal social-economic-cultural realities in which social enterprise is going to operate and exchange of experiences, PS will elaborate training routes, new initiatives and possible solutions to the problems determined in section 1 transferable and appropriate also in different national contests.
Therefore it is extremely important that the exchange of good procedures and training methods takes place in a context not only of transfer of information and/or study, but also of common analysis of problems homogeneous and shared, of arrangement of actions. In this direction four objectives have been identified :
Territorial policies
The place that social enterprises have on their own territory is a fundamental element. The activities of PS will move towards the elaboration of training routes for the definition of models of territorial assignment that contain the elements for the set up of stable relationships adequate to the territory.
Sustainability of social enterprises
Initiatives will be promoted aimed to the support of social enterprises in the starting-up entrepreneurial phase. Promotion of diversification of services offer that will give a prompt reply to the private and public demand of profit, public and families’ subjects.
Strengthening of social enterprises through regional networking.

Promotion of employment of identified targets
PS will act on two fronts : the first one will consist in thoroughly understand and mutual acknowledge of legislations and opportunities proper of each partner country in the matter of training (balance of competence, employment services, targeted training, integrated courses, psychological-social training) and employment policies (starting up of employment, compulsory employment, targeted employment, social enterprise) in favour of disadvantaged categories. The second one will consist in the confrontation on methods used for the arrangement of routes for employment by social enterprises of each partner country.
Creation of a network of social tourism
PS aims to carry out a real transnational network of social tourism that starting from planning experience will be able to arrange through the implementation of some communication tools (European portal of social tourism, catalogue of tourist promotion of the various territories) a circuit of social tourism with no borders and show-case of typical products.

ANALOGIES AND DIFFERENCES GERMAN PS
Objectives are to be developed/shared in network on
• how the integration of the target groups in the job market can continuously be improved,
• how successful structures for co-operation between the participants in the field of rehabilitation and integration can be redeveloped,
• how the newly gained experience and knowledge from the projects can be transferred into daily work and become common practice,
• how measures like evaluation and quality management at European level can be developed.

Cieľom projektu je decentralizácia služieb, posilňovanie tretieho sektora v rámci regiónu, zmierňovanie diskriminácie ne trhu práce, poskytovanie flexibilných poradenských služieb pre zvýšenie zamestnanosti, poskytovanie alternatívneho vzdelávania za účelom zvýšenia predpokladov pre trh práce a pre úspešnú zamestnanosť, vytvorenie metodológie kariérneho poradenstva.

Inovatívnosť projektu spočíva v v práci so študentami SŠ a mladými nezamestnanými, do ktorej vstupujú aj ďalšie inštitúcie podieľajúce sa na tvorbe a metodike kariérneho poradenstva . Vytvára novú metodológiu, Job centrum a analýzu trhu práce, ktorá v súčasnosti neexistuje.

Jednotlivé kroky projektu sú naplánované kontinuálne od analýzy trhu práce , cez priamu prácu s uchádzačmi končiac výstupom a zaradením do pracovného pomeru. Projekt rozvíja užitočné partnerstvá, ktoré napomáhajú v systéme trhu práce, vzájomne sa dopĺňajú, vytvárajú inovatívne prístupy pre trh práce a kariérne poradenstvo pre mladých.
