The project „Working Bank“ creates and tests innovative methodology of development partnership, which creates institutional capacity of NGO for social economy services. DP wants to build and strengthen non-profitable sector in Trnava region, where it is poorly built.

The project brings an impulse, which initiates the establishment of NGO and spreading of effect of existing NGO in Trnava region. This will cover the certain gap in providing this kind of services in the region. Strengthening of NGO capacity in the region will have long-term positive impact on work with disadvantaged groups and young people in general.

The representatives of DP will regularly meet on quarterly meetings, where they will plan further steps for following period, monitor work procedure and decide about important tasks, work progress and claiming the budget. The decisions will be adopted by consensus. In the mean time electronic communication will prevail.

To work on the following different DPs approaches to the issue of the labour market:
The policies and strategies of the labour market;
Tools and methodologies for to put in the labour market the disadvantaged people (balance of competencies, mentoring, coaching, ….);
The rule of the network in the development of local labour market: tools and models;
Experiences and study cases excellent about of relationship of government, social parts and private corporate, to increase rate of employment;
Labour market training – employability competence (foundational skills-transversal competence);
New job placement/creation mechanisms through networking.
Cooperation with transnational partners stimulates learning from others and widens the field of vision on local level.
Goal is a strategic, learning partnership.

Projekt prináša impulz, ktorý iniciuje vznik nových MVO a rozšírenie pôsobnosti súčasných MVO v Trnavskom kraji. Dôjde tým k vyplneniu určitej medzery v poskytovaní tohto druhu služieb v regióne. Posilnenie kapacity MVO v regióne bude mať dlhodobý pozitívny dopad na prácu so znevýhodnenými skupinami a s mladými ľuďmi ako takými.

Zástupcovia RP sa budú pravidelne stretávať na štvrťročných stretnutiach ,na ktorých sa budú plánovať kroky na nasledujúce obdobie, monitorovať postup prác a rozhodovať o dôležitých otázkach, postupe prác a čerpaní rozpočtu. Rozhodnutia budú sa príjmať konsenzom. V medziobdobiach – elektronická komunikácia
