Main objectives of DP are:
Development of Complex services centres of community character focused on providing information, advisory and education activities, improving professional abilities of people with mental disability through educational activities, improving their access to labour market, providing general advice and information for solving living situation of people with mental disability.
Education of managers of complex services centres and NGOs in effort to strengthen the capacity of NGO as facilitator for decreasing inequality in labour market.

- systematic solution of actual living (mainly working) situation of people with mental disability and their parents

Implementation of the project will enable the access to labour market for people with mental disability. Activities of the project will prevent social exclusion, dependency on parents, personnel of institutions, other people, unemployment, lack of society interest in solving living situation of mentally disabled people. The effect of regional non-governmental organisations will be strengthened as the centres of complex services of community character for barrier free provision of advice for people with mental disability.

Participating partners have sufficient personnel and material conditions for project implementation, actively contribute with their actions to improvement of life quality for mentally disabled people. Expected success of the project is subject to common effort of good quality partners and management of the project by Republic headquarters of Association for helping people with mental disability in Slovak Republic. Republic headquarters connects thought its members all necessary knowledge related to building and development of regional educational information-advisory centres and can provide fulfilment of project objectives in all relevant spheres. Development partnership elaborated individual positions in detail, it has created smaller working groups and regular contact among partners with objective to achieve higher working effectiveness. The control of the project will be provided through regular working meetings of coordination team, working meetings of individual working groups and also all project participants. Running fulfilled objectives will be presented at these meetings as well as monitoring of ongoing state of project implementation.

The Objectives of the cooperation between the DPs are:
· To develop common working experiences finalized to the ideation, experimentation and sharing of tools and methodologies in the fields of careers guidance, professional training and of social and working integration paths;
· to share the analysis of the professional requirements in the area of disability and check the possibility to draw a specific professional profile that will take part as a mediator in the social and working integration paths;
· to develop a “Social Farm Model” which would be tranferable in the different national contexts starting from the study of the experiences succesfully experimented in the other European and Extra-European Countries;
· to share the methodologies and approaches developed within the single projects for the building up of “Integrated Services Centres”;
· to ideate common methodologies and tools that integrate in an active way the actions’ beneficiaries;
We want to stress that the transnational objectives are in harmony with each DP national project.

Hlavné ciele rozvojového partnerstva sú:

Rozvoj centier komplexných služieb komunitného charakteru zameraných na poskytovanie informačnej, poradenskej a vzdelávacej činnosti, zlepšenie profesných schopností občanov s mentálnym postihnutím prostredníctvom vzdelávacích aktivít, uľahčenie ich vstupu na trh práce, poskytovanie všeobecného poradenstva a informácií riešiacich životnú situáciu občanov s mentálnym postihnutím.

Vzdelávanie manažérov centier komplexných služieb a MVO v úsilí posilniť kapacity MVO ako aktéra zmierňovania nerovností na trhu práce.

Výstupy projektu budú inovatívne v týchto oblastiach:

-Nastane systematické riešenie aktuálnej životnej (predovšetkým pracovnej) situácie občanov s mentálnym postihnutím

a ich rodičov.

-Budú vytvorené databázy pre informačné a poradenské centrá s komplexnými údajmi, aby bolo možné poskytnúť

poradenstvo osobe s mentálnym postihnutím alebo jej rodine.

-Prvýkrát sa začne systematicky riešiť systém celoživotného vzdelávania a prípravy pre vstup na trh práce a profesijné

vzdelávanie pre mentálne postihnuté osoby.

-Vytvorenie a skvalitnenie poradenstva pre občanov s mentálnym postihnutím.

-Vybudovanie know-how budúcich regionálnych vzdelávacích informačno-poradenských centier.

Realizácia projektu umožní občanom s mentálnym postihnutím prístup na trh práce. Aktivity projektu zamedzia sociálnu izoláciu, závislosť na rodičoch, personáloch zariadení, iných osobách, nezamestnanosť, nezáujem spoločnosti o riešenie životnej situácie mentálne postihnutých osôb. Bude posilnený vplyv regionálnych mimovládnych organizácií ako centier komplexných služieb komunitného charakteru pre bezbariérové poskytovanie poradenstva občanom s mentálnym postihnutím.

Participujúci partneri majú dostatočné personálne i materiálne predpoklady na realizáciu projektu, aktívne svojou činnosťou prispievajú k skvalitneniu života občanov s mentálnym postihnutím. Očakávaná úspešnosť projektu je daná spojením síl kvalitných partnerov a riadením projektu Republikovou centrálou Združenia na pomoc ľuďom s mentálnym postihnutím v Slovenskej republike. Republiková centrála spája prostredníctvom svojich členov všetky potrebné vedomosti týkajúce sa budovania a rozvoja regionálnych vzdelávacích informačno- poradenských centier a dokáže zabezpečiť splnenie cieľov projektu vo všetkých príslušných sférach. Rozvojové partnerstvo detailne vypracovalo jednotlivé pozície, vytvorilo menšie pracovné skupiny a pravidelné kontakty medzi partnermi, s cieľom dosiahnuť väčšiu efektivitu práce. Kontrola projektu bude zabezpečovaná prostredníctvom pravidelných pracovných stretnutí koordinačného tímu, ďalej pracovných stretnutí členov jednotlivých pracovných skupín a taktiež všetkých participantov projektu. Na stretnutiach sa budú prezentovať priebežné splnené ciele a monitorovať priebežný stav realizácie projektu.
