Diagnosing of personal potential, consequently its development in the form of evaluation and development centres will provide early identification of individual needs of target groups. Together with education and advisory activities this activating approach has strong potential to strengthen employment of unemployed. Our DP prepares the course for working assistant, which will give the selected participants the possibility to gain new qualification and support the flexibility in labour market.

General method, which we will use in educating, so called systematic approach, is focused more on personal development of human as on technical approach to mastering the problems. This approach comes out from estimates, that the human knows the solution, but there is the need to strengthen internal resources, positive approach and find internal motivation.

We report herewith the main transnational objectives pursued by involved DP together with the synergies with priority objectives of the respective national projects of each PS.

Common transnational DP objectives

1. To compare existing professional skills in the field of social economy in order to individuate and define new skills characterizing new aspects of professional profiles to be trained trough the activities of the national projects (training of new professionals and requalification of existing operators).

2. To develop, in the enterprises involved in the activities of national projects, new ideas, solutions, services and modalities of management, with the aim of activating different channels of fund-raising and to research for original intervention opportunities.


DP project objectives (in synergy with the first transnational objective)


• The creation of new professional profiles which can operate in the field of social economy, able to supply new contents in procedures and working methods.

• Requalification of existing professionals through the acquisition of new specialist skills.

• The improvement of the skills regarding the governance of social enterprises, with useful results in their organization and management.


Project DP objectives (in synergy with the second transnational objective)


• The creation of new social enterprises based on the principles of structural, organizational and managerial innovation.

• Consolidation of existing enterprises through the improvement of the services offered.

• A better organization of existing enterprises through a new organization of the services offered and requalification of human resources.

Diagnostika osobného potenciálu, následne jeho rozvoj formou hodnotiacich a rozvojových stredísk zabezpečí včasnú identifikáciu individuálnych potrieb cieľových skupín. Spolu so vzdelávacími a poradenskými aktivitami má tento aktivačný prístup silný potenciál posilniť zamestnateľnosť nezamestnaných ľudí. Kurz pracovného asistenta, ktorý naše RP pripravuje, dá možnosť vybraným účastníkom získať novú kvalifikáciu, a tým podporiť flexibilitu trhu práce.

Základná metóda, ktorú používame vo vzdelávaní tzv. systemický prístup, je zameraná viac na osobný rozvoj človeka ako na technický prístup k zvládaniu problémov. Tento prístup vychádza z predpokladov, že človek sám pozná riešenie, len treba posilniť jeho vnútorné zdroje, pozitívny postoj a nájsť vnútornú motiváciu.

Za riadenie projektu je zodpovedný projektový manažér. Každý partner bude mať zastúpeného jedného člena partnerstva. Na pravidelných stretnutiach budú okrem členov manažmentu prítomní aj členovia vedenia každého partnera a hlavný lektor-garant vzdelávania.
