The project deals with complexity of solving the problem of discriminating minority groups and its relation with employment. It does not solve the problems of one minority group, but in the sense of dividing marginalized groups in four blocks it is possible to assess the issue in the whole at the end of the project, and recommend or propose specific solutions for improving access to labour market for all minorities.
One of the important project tasks is to prepare new types of TV programmes, radio programmes and create new sections in magazines, where the readers will have the opportunity to present their opinions about employment of marginalized groups and confront them with employers as well as the positions of representatives of minority groups. On the other hand, in programmes, articles and discussions the employers will have space to present their views on the problem and react to impulses from marginalized groups, but also to impulses from majority population, in the search for new solution.
Involving secondary school students in the project is another new form of views on the issue. Its innovation is based in the fact, that it will be this generation, which will become employers in few years.
