DE COMPANY dovetails problems, questions and solutions towards combining work-care-private life for employers as well as (potential) employees and stimulates the initiative that contributes to these solutions. In order to stimulate these activities, cooperation has been set up with organisations active in those fields, such as QRM, Pepper Interactive, Expertisecentrum Maatschappij & Werk bv and the City of Deventer. Per company the target group (employees and employers) is informed, asked to complete the questionnaire and actively engaged in bringing about improvements. The supply part (of provisions) is also involved here.

The activating questionnaire appears to be means as well as end. It stimulates the discussion, provides information and activates that -together- better solutions may be found for people's wishes to combine work-care-private life. Demand is central in realising the necessary supply for employees (current as well as potential) and employers concerning the work-care-private life combination. The Necessary supply is processed together with local employers, employees and government (local polder model). Work participation is improved by creating conditions stated by (potential) employees concerning the work-care private life combination.

First and foremost, project participants are 'demanders' of improvements in the field of the organisation of work and the supply of (institutes in) the community in relation to (better) combine work, care and private life. Via a questionnaire employees/employers are individually offered the opportunity to indicate what they consider necessary. On the basis of the questionnaire results, working groups are composed in which project participants are invited to participate. The working groups - preparation, support and progress monitoring via DP - are supplemented with specific expertise and 'supply stakeholders' in order to develop and (have) win-win proposals realised.

DE COMPANY verzorgt het zwaluwstaarten van problemen, vragen en oplossingen, op het terrein van het combineren van arbeid, zorg en privé, bij zowel werkgevers als (ook:potentiële) werknemers en bevordert het initiatief dat bijdraagt aan het oplossen van problemen. Ter bevordering van deze werkzaamheden is samenwerking gezocht met organisaties die op genoemde terreinen actief zijn, te weten QRM, Pepper Interactive, Expertisecentrum Maatschappij &amp; Werk en Gemeente Deventer. De doelgroep (werknemers en werkgevers) wordt per bedrijf geinformeerd, geenqueteerd en actief betrokken bij het realiseren van verbeteringen. Hier wordt tevens de aanbodzijde (van voorzieningen) betrokken.

De activerende enquete blijkt zowel doel als middel. Het stimuleert tot discussie, levert gegevens en activeert tot het -in samenwerking- zoeken c.q. realiseren van oplossingen om combineren van wensen m.b.t. arbeid, privé en zorg beter mogelijk te maken. Bij het realiseren van noodzakelijk aanbod voor werknemers (zowel huidige als potentiële) en werkgevers inzake het kunnen combineren van arbeid, zorg en privé staat de vraagbehoefte centraal. Het uitwerken van het noodzakelijke en wenselijk geachte aanbod geschiedt in samenwerking met -lokale- werkgevers, - werknemers en - overheid (lokale invulling poldermodel). Participatie tot arbeid wordt verbeterd door het invullen van voorwaarden die worden gesteld door potentiële werknemers inzake de combinatie van arbeid, zorg en privé.

Projectdeelnemers in dit project zijn allereerst vragers naar verbeteringen op het terrein van de organiatie van de arbeid en het aanbod van (instellingen in) de samenleving in relatie tot het (beter) kunnen combineren van werk, zorg en privé. Werknemers/werkgevers wordt per individu de gelegenheid geboden zich, via de enquete, uit te spreken over hetgeen zij noodzakelijk achten. Aan de hand van de enquete-uitkomsten worden werkgroepen gevormd waar de projectdeelnemers voor deelname worden benaderd. De werkgroepen - voorbereiding, begeleiding en voortgansbewaking via het OP - worden aangevuld met specifieke deskundigheden en 'aanbod- belanghebbenden' met als doel win-win-voorstellen te ontwikkelen en te (laten) realiseren.
