The 'Nederlands Textiel Museum' (Dutch textile museum) wishes to establish a shared business premises in the availible coming building of the 'Dans- en Muziekschool' (school for dance and music). This will be the first theme park in the Netherlands for businesses exclusively from the textile industry. Within the framework of the EQUAL regulation a pilot project will be started, in which a minimum of five starting or restarting businesses will obtain a place within the shared business premises. The chosen concept especially encourages disadvantaged groups (migrants, people re-entering the labour market, etc.) to start as independent entrepreneurs.

The starting entrepreneur is responsible for the daily process within his enterprise. Thanks to the project he is able to make his own choices. Obviously he will be supported by various parties. Depending on the level of competence with which the starting entrepreneur enters the project, a made-to-measure path is developed. Experiences of the entrepreneurs are used to direct the project.
