The DP has been formed in order to develop and to organise the outlined need for administrative services and finally to put this into the market on behalf of the elderly and other vulnerable groups. At the same time employment will be created for longterm unemployed and disabled people. Investigation showed us that the elderly do have a need for help with their personal administration. For longterm unemployed and disabled people this help may be a possibility starting to work in an interesting profession.

To co-operate in the development of the product, called administrative services, and create new employment possibilities for longterm unemployed and disabled people. 1. Exploration of the market: the product will be developed and adapted to the demand of the market. 2. Organisational model: the model will be developed, evaluated and necessarely adjusted. The professionality of the employees will be examinated in practice. 3. Implementation: the issue here are the actions to put the product on the market structurally.

Het OP is gevormd teneinde de geschetste behoefte aan administratieve diensten bij ouderen en andere kwetsbare groepen te ontwikkelen, organiseren en uiteindelijk in de markt te zetten en hiermee werk te scheppen voor langdurig werklozen en arbeidsgehandicapten. Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat ouderen behoefte hebben aan hulp bij hun persoonlijke administratie. Deze hulp kan voor langdurig werklozen en arbeidsgehandicapten een mogelijkheid zijn om interessant werk te gaan verrichten.

Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van het produkt administratieve dienstverlening en het daarmee creëeren van werkgelegenheid voor langdurig werklozen en arbeidsgehandicapten. 1. Marktverkenning: het produkt wordt ontwikkeld en aan de vraag uit de markt aangepast. 2. Organisatiemodel: het model wordt ontwikkeld, geëvalueerd en zonodig bijgesteld. De vakbekwaamheid van de medewerkers zal in de praktijk worden getoest. 3. Implementatie: het gaat hierbij om de akties om het produkt structureel in de markt te zetten.

Een nieuwe vorm van maatschappelijke dienstverlening wordt ontwikkeld ten behoeve van kwetsbare groepen. Indien deze vorm van dienstverlening aanslaat, wordt daarmee een maatschappelijke behoefte vervuld. Daarnaast wordt nieuwe werkgelegenheid gecreëerd. Tevens wordt een nieuw beroep ontwikkeld. Er zal een beroepsprofiel worden gemaakt, evenals een opleidingsprogramma.

Alle OP - partners hebben aan de opzet van het project meegewerkt. Over deze opzet hebben de partijen gezamenlijk overeenstemming bereikt en hiertoe is dan ook de overeenkomst OP getekend. In deze overeenkomst is ook de besluitvorming m.b.t. de uitvoering van het project beschreven. De stuurgroep OP voert de regie over het project.

De projectdeelnemers worden voor hun werkzaamheden geschoold. Tijdens het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden worden ze intensief begeleid in het vergroten van hun vakbekwaamheid, zowel individueel als in teamverband. Hierbij zal er ook aandacht zijn voor gedrags- en houdingsaspecten.
