The integration of the mental vonarable people in the community and in the labour market is obstructed by lack of understanding and rejection in all parts of the environment for living and working. The proces fights against this misunderstanding and is ment ot create awareness in all parts of the community. That is why is searched for partners in all these parts of the community. All these partners supply from their own expertise on added value in especially the way to use the instrument Forumtheater. The mentioned partners excist out of representatives of: clients, reintegration company, psychiatric institutions, companies for the working environment business, social activities in the environment, social institutions etc.

Objective

The project is started to create the awareness of employers and employees, that the mental vonarable people are easy to integrate in the working process. The awakeness is pointed to fight the lack of knowledge, lack of understanding and rejection. This way the integration will me made much easier. This awareness will be realised by an interactive performence in companies. After the performences, training will be given tot the employees of companies, based on the reactions in the interactive performence. The environment must react enthousiastic to this social project, so the integrations will be started or continued much faster and more efficiënt. It is important as well as to give the tools to the mental vonarable people and to create cooperation between the involved parties.

The two most important innovative elements are: - The system of approaching: Till this moment reintegration is done from the perspective of the client and is ment to make the client ready for the labour market. This project aims more to make the environment ready for the client, without losing the necessary adjustments of the client. - The cooperation between the mental hospital, the reintegration company and the service for labour environment is very innovative, because this can complete a whole strategy for the client, from the present situation as a patient till the coaching on and coaching of the working place.

The empowerment is garanteed in this project for all interested parties. In all these parts are represented in the development partnership. All activities will be presented at the development partnership to decide. All partners have the right to participate in the working committees. Clients (participants) have the right to cooperate in the proces of their own proces of reintegration. In the period of developing the instrument Forumtheater potential clients will be involved to check the new ideas.

Almost every method of empowerment is given a place in this project: - By checking at the members of the client platform and the patient representative organisation of the project ideas, individual interests will be brought in the development partnership. - By cooperation with the client in the proces of reintegration, the individual empowerment will be improved. - By having all interests in the OP the collective responsibility will be improved. - Participants will be involved in checking the instrument Forumtheater. - The whole project is based on changing the behaviour of the important actors in relation to the mental vonarable people.

Forumtheater

Rationale

De integratie van de groep psychisch kwetsbare mensen in de maatschappij en in (betaalde) arbeid wordt belemmerd door onwetendheid, onbegrip en onmacht in alle geledingen van de leef- en werkomgeving. Het proces van bestrijding van deze on macht en de bevordering van het bewustmakingsproces zal dus in al deze geledingen moeten plaatsvinden. Daarom is in alle geledingen gezocht naar partners. Al deze partners leveren vanuit de eigen expertise een meerwaarde in met name de toepassingsmogelijkheden van het te ontwikkelen instrument Forumtheater. De genoemde geledingen bestaan uit vertegenwoordigers uit of namens: cliënten, psychiatrie, integratiebedrijf, arbodienst, bedrijfsleven, buurtvereniging, maatschappelijke instellingen etc.

Objective

De doelstelling van het OP is de integratie van psyschisch kwetsbare individuen op de arbeidsmarkt te bevorderen. Dit gebeurt door de omgeving (arbeidsmarkt) voor te bereiden op de handicap(s) van de doelgroep.Deze voorbereiding centreert zich op de volgende punten: 1. Het wegnemen van vooroordelen; 2. Het geven van tools om met de handicap van de doelgroep om te gaan; 3. Het geven van tools aan de doelgroep; 4. Een optimale samenwerking tussen de verschillende partijen. Het programma van het OP is gebaseerd op: 1. voorbereiding/bewustmaking; 2. training/scholing; 3. integratie; 4. nazorg 1. Voorbereiding en bewustmaking vindt plaats door een interactieve theatervoorstelling bij instellingen en bedrijven. Hiermee worden bedrijven bewust gemaakt van de mogelijkheden van de doelgroep.

De twee belangrijkste innovatieve elementen zijn: - De benaderingswijze: tot op heden vinden reïntegratietrajecten plaats vanuit het perspectief van de cliënt en is gericht op het gereedmaken van de cliënt voor de arbeidsmarkt. Dit project richt zich op het gereedmaken van de omgeving, zonder daarbij de benodigde aanpassing van de cliënt uit het oog te verliezen. - De samenwerking tussen zorginstelling, reïntegratiebedrijf en Arbo is vernieuwend, omdat hiermee een voor cliënt compleet traject kan worden bewerkstelligd van de status patiënt tot en met begeleiding op en van de werkvloer.

Empowerment

 With beneficiaries

De empowerment voor alle belangengroepen is in dit project gegarandeerd. In het ontwikkelingspartnerschap zitten namens al deze groepen vertegenwoordigende organisaties. Alle activiteiten worden ter besluitvorming aan het ontwikkelingspartnerschap voorgelegd. Daarnaast hebben deze partners recht te participeren in de werkgroepen. In het reintegratieproces hebben de cliënten het recht om mee te denken en te beslissen in de te volgen prodedure. Bij de uitontwikkeling van het instrument Forumtheater worden potentiele deelnemers betrokken bij de toetsing van de ideeën.

Empowerment

Bijna alle methoden van empowerment krijgen in dit project een plaats. - Door de toetsing van de cliënten- en patiëntenvertegenwoordiging bij de eigen achterban, worden individuele belangen in het OP ingebracht. - Door het reïntegratietraject eerst voor te leggen aan de cliënt wordt individueel empowerment bevorderd. - Door alle geledingen op te nemen in het OP wordt de gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid versterkt. - Deelnemers worden betrokken bij de toetsing van het instrument Forumtheater. - Het gehele project Forumtheater is gericht op gedragsverandering bij de belangrijkste actoren ten opzichte van de psychisch kwetsbare mens.
