Das Kursangebot soll Fähigkeiten entwickeln zum Aufbau und zur Arbeitsweise von Bildungs-, Informations-, Kommunikations- und Familienzentren als fester Bestandteil der Infrastruktur der ländlichen Regionen der EU. Als:
- zentraler Anlaufpunkt für Bildung, Information und
Beratung,
- für den Aufbau sozialer Kontakte,
- für die Entwicklung von Selbsthilfestrukturen und
- für die Gestaltung der Freizeit
Lerninhalte, u.a.:
- Erwerben von Kompetenzen zum Aufbau und Arbeit von
Familienzentren
- Erwerben von Kenntnissen zur Finanzierung von
Familienzentren
- Organisieren der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Informationsangebote zu dezentralen Energiekonzepten
- Informationsangebote zur IuK -Technologien / Web2.0
- Konfliktmanagement
- selbstgesteuertes Lernen
- Informationsangebote zur Berufsorientierung
- Netzwerkarbeit im regionalen, nationalen und europäischen

The course offer to be developed should promote the ability to set up and run education, information, communication and family centres as a important component of the infrastructure of rural regions within the EU and relate to the aims and tasks of such centres as listed below:
- to be a central point for education, information and
advice,
- to enable regional and transnational communication,
- to offer information modules
- to promote cooperation between all generations,
- to develop self-help structures,
- to organise leisure projects.
Learning content:
- Acquisition and development of ability in management and
administration of family centres
- Acquisition of knowledge of financing family centres
- Organisation of educational offers
- Information offers for traditional crafts
- conflict management
- Use of networks in the European context
- Use of information and communication platforms / Web2.0
- Information module for professional orientation
- Formulating plans for events, organisation of publicity
work
- Cooperation with institutions in the context of regional
networks

- Talks and multimedia presentations as introductions to individual topics
- Workshops, practical projects, online research
- Open evenings for information exchange and social contact
