FULL DESCRIPTION OF TRAINING CONTENTS
IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE TRAINING: (EN)
This is the conference of the "European Platform for the well-being of all" that was lunched during the first conference, in Italy on 2012.
Participants are asked to think about the inclusion project of the European Commission makes a commitment to supporting the participation of under represented groups in the EU Programme. The Decision establishing the LLP recognises that there is a "need to widen access for those from disadvantaged groups" and "to contribute to increased participation in lifelong learning for people of all ages, regardless of their socio-economic background". In the EU Development Strategy 2010-2020 the EU Disability Strategy has been placed within the framework of the European Platform against Poverty and Social Exclusion. The Strategy is focused on the following main areas: accessibility, participation, equality, employment, education and training, social protection and health.
During the session there will be opportunities to give visibility to the experiences, sharing best practices aiming to ensure sustainability of the platform in the long term. Prepare a very short (5-7 minutes) presentation about your workplace and best practices.

Well-being expressed by people, active inclusion and the fight against poverty of adults with fewer opportunities in education and training and their families should be central in the further developed throught the initiative "European Platform for the well-being of all".
The main objective of the conference is:
to discuss the future of an inclusive education and training programme for different disadvantaged groups with particular focus on EU Learning Programme;
to recognizing the rights and capacity of excluded people to play an active role in society;
to identify patterns of under-representation among those currently involved in the EU Programme;
to share "what can we do together for people with fewer opportunities in education and training";
to discuss about key barriers identified;
to exchange good practice and lessons for the future and recommendations on "how to encourage more participation of disadvantaged groups".
A full training for the participants, from Italy and a wide range of European countries, with lectures, best practice workshop, discussion groups and on-site education;
•Debate on learning process education and training particularly with respect to European and international perspectives, to raise awareness of the importance of communication tools languages for people to socialise into a rapidly changing society;
•Evaluation of existing Italian and international education materials for deafness, assessment opportunities and professional implications;
•Evaluation of Innovative Methodology in specific case study;
•A Europe- wide comparative questionnaire exploring challenges of education for disabled adults from different perspectives (no formal and informal learning);
•A communication-campaign in the media in Italy and beyond on the importance of awareness about people with fewer opportunities and their life long learning education in Europe.
Dissemination of the conference materials through web, social network communication and the "European Platform for well-being of all" networking.

Day 1 - Travel/arrival day - Opening session

15.45 Key note speeches from experts on the issues affecting social exclusion and the right to live in dignity
16.45 coffee break
17.15 Dynamic interactive session to share experiences and knowledge. To encourage and stimulate exchange amongst participants. Setting of tasks for the working groups and forming of 6-8 working groups.

19.00 Dinner - get to know each other sharing local meals from each countries/participants - cultural evening

Lectures and toolbox in formal and non-formal education for people with fewer opportunities in education and training

11.30 Lecture followed by working groups: mutual learning and exchange of experiences on disabled adults
