Cluster on key competences
The European Commission aids the exchange of information and experience between policy-makers by bringing together a group of experts from EU Member States to discuss common challenges and exchange good practice.
This ‘cluster’ looks at specific aspects of the implementation of the European framework of key competences for lifelong learning and makes recommendations on policies.
