• Les établissements français à l’étranger sont éligibles uniquement s’ils sont situés dans un pays européen participant au pro-gramme Comenius et s’ils sont homologués par le ministère de l’Education nationale qui en publie la liste complète par arrêté annuel.
• Sont également éligibles au programme Comenius, dans les conditions fixées à l’article 2(3) de la décision du Parlement eur-opéen et du Conseil établissant un programme d’action dans le domaine de l’éducation et de la formation tout au long de la vie (c’est-à-dire « exceptionnellement, dans le cas des mesures visant à promouvoir l’apprentissage des langues »), les centres de formation par l’apprentissage (CFA) publics et privés sous contrat dispensant des formations initiales jusqu’au Baccalauréat.

Criterium dat wordt aangehouden, is dat een instelling zelf een BRIN nummer heeft óf gekoppeld is aan een instelling met een BRIN nummer. In het laatste geval wordt de aanvraag dan onder de noemer van de door OCW erkende instelling gedaan.

Las ayudas para asociaciones dirigidas a alumnado de ciclos formativos de grado medio deben solicitarse a través del programa Leonardo da Vinci.

  United Kingdom

• Institutions may be funded by the state or privately, as charitable foundations or as ‘for profit’ organisations.
• European schools located in the UK (NB a maximum of one European school, overall, may take part in each Comenius Partnership).

Non-UK institutions eligible for funding through the British Council as UK National Agency for Comenius

• UK forces schools located in a country eligible to participate in the LLP. For multilateral partnerships, such schools must include partners from at least two other countries as well as the UK and the country where the school is located. For bilateral partnerships, such schools must work with a partner from a country other than the UK and the country where the school is located.
• British “national schools” located in a country eligible to participate in the LLP and which are under the supervision of the UK education authorities. The same rules regarding partners apply as for UK forces schools.

Institutions not eligible for funding through the British Council as the UK National Agency for Comenius

• Foreign “national schools”’ located in the UK that are not under the supervision of the UK authorities. Such schools should apply to the National Agency of their country of origin.
• British “national schools” located abroad (eg private schools for expatriate pupils) that are not under the supervision of the UK education authorities. Such schools should apply to the National Agency of the country where they are located.
