Claim Your Voice! Stand up for VET! a new campaign by vocational students

Claim Your Voice! Stand up for VET! aims to raise awareness of the key role played by vocational education and training (VET) for a better transition into the labour market and for youth employment.

This campaign wants to

• raise awareness and respect of Vocational Education and Training
• secure representation of VET Students in all decision-making processes concerning them
• value the VET systems more and discuss VET as a viable option to academic studies
• make Vocational Education and Training more attractive to young people in Europe

The Commission welcomes the present campaign which supports common European priorities of improving the image of vocational training throughout Europe, increasing the number of attractive career opportunities for VET students and fostering the permeability between higher education and vocational education and training.
