• Book of the Year elections: the aim is to encourage people to take interest in contemporary Lithuanian literature and to raise the prestige of reading. The elections focus on three book categories: children, adolescents and adults.

• Basic Education First – Student Essential Competencies (Pagrindinio ugdymo pirmojo koncentro (5-8 kl.) mokinių esminių kompetencijų ugdymas): aims to foster 5th to 8th grade students' reading and communicating skills.

• Utena municipality pedagogical psychological service-PPS (Utenos pedagoginė psichologinė tarnyba): provides support for pupils with reading difficulties.
