The database aims to inspire practitioners, stakeholders and policymakers by presenting "best practices" in the field of
language teaching and learning.
The European Language Label is awarded to local, regional, and national projects that have found creative ways to improve
the quality of language teaching, motivate students, make the best use of available resources to diversify the languages
on offer, and other innovative initiatives.

Label of the day
This project has been implemented in order to enlighten the English teachers who started their job only recently or have already been working for some time, on the issue of how they can integrate Information and Computer Technologies (ICT) into the curriculum, on their teaching experience and making these experiences fruitful and attractive through innovative techniques.
Introducing Web 2.0 tools to the teachers and indicating they are of use to them and applied training of different web sites which will lead pupils to present their output with more remarkable ways and at the same time familiarise with the use of ICT in the changing world are the trainings that have been done throughout the project.
The tasks of the teachers are: (a) introducing the new tools to the pupils and (b) promoting the use of these tools with their outputs. Consequently, an information repository is created
