The database aims to inspire practitioners, stakeholders and policymakers by presenting "best practices" in the field of
language teaching and learning.
The European Language Label is awarded to local, regional, and national projects that have found creative ways to improve
the quality of language teaching, motivate students, make the best use of available resources to diversify the languages
on offer, and other innovative initiatives.

Turkish Language Certificate Program (TSP) is a language teaching e-Certificate Program that Anadolu University Open Education System launched in 2007. It is a learning platform that provides services to all adults and early-adults who want to learn Turkish. It has a wide range of audience profile: from foreigners living in Turkey to Turkish people who live abroad and are in need of learning and developing their mother tongue.
