European associations active at European level in education and training

The purpose of the Jean Monnet Programme is to support the existence of high-quality European Associations active in the field of education and training contributing to the implementation of the objectives of the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training ("ET 2020") and/or increasing knowledge and awareness on the European integration process trough education and training.

The most recent call for proposals for Jean Monnet key activity 3 was closed on 15 December 2010. It allowed European associations to apply for either a 3-year Framework Partnership or a 1-year Annual Operating Grant.

Framework partnership agreement

European associations, including member associations minimum from nine different EU Member States, wishing to establish a long-term cooperation relationship (3 years) were invited to submit an application for a framework partnership agreement.

Annual operating agreement

European associations, including member associations minimum from six different EU Member States, not wishing to make a long-term commitment under a partnership agreement were invited to submit an application for an annual operating grant.
