The Directorate General for Education and Culture organised on 4 February an information day on the external dimension of Erasmus+ for non-EU Missions and Permanent Representations in Brussels, and EU Delegations in Partner countries.
EU Delegations and foreign missions often receive questions from students, professors and other education stakeholders on how they can participate in our programmes: What are the opportunities for nationals or institutions from Partner countries to participate in Erasmus+? How can education institutions from European Programme countries cooperate with their partners outside of the EU, and what are the opportunities for students from the EU to study in a Partner country, and vice versa?
The aim of the information day was to convey precise information on the opportunities available in the fields of higher education and youth, as well to inform about the different tools available for promoting Erasmus+. The opportunities offered through the new Marie Sklodowska Curie actions were also presented.
