Observatories Projects
ARIEL - Analysing and Reporting the Implementation of Electronic Learning in Europe
As an international joint project of the type "observatory"
ARIEL monitors and analyses e-learning activities in Europe - especially
projects funded by EU programmes and initiatives such as SOCRATES,
LEONARDO DA VINCI, ETEN, ECONTENT and the E-LEARNING INITIATIVE. It
focuses on the question, if and how far European SMEs are supported by
e-learning in their ability to act successfully in an integrating and
enlarging European market.

ELUE - improving quality of e-learning in universities

FILTER - economic filtering of knowledge
The FILTER project on `eLearning and the economic filtering of knowledge'
aims to answer the question how to guarantee affordable access to high
quality electronic knowledge (including information and services) to
learners at all educational levels in Europe (eLearning).
