This publication is subdivided into three parts. Part I, the Commission’s economic policy guidelines, contains the Commission recommendation of 30 March 1999, the European Parliament resolution of 4 May 1999 on the Commission recommendation, and the Council recommendations of 12 July 1999. Part II contains texts related to the European Eployment Pact. Part III presents as statistical annex updated time series of annual data.
