Climate change and disaster risk reduction in Vietnam

Plan is an NGO partner of the European Commission. This NGO has been working in Vietnam since 1993.

This Participatory Video (PV) was developed with ethnic minority children in Vietnam, under a Disaster Risk Reduction project financed by the European Commission. These children introduced their daily lives as well as presented their memory about the last disaster - typhoon #9 (Ketsana typhoon) affecting their communities and lives. The children came up with solutions for community awareness raising and advocacy messages.
