Evaluation [CLOSED]

Call for expression of interest in the area of evaluation of humanitarian aid activities

To ensure that they are independent, evaluations are conducted by external experts under contract from consulting firms (legal entities/registered companies only) with proven competence and the appropriate level of expertise in the specific areas covered by the evaluation in question.
In order to allow DG ECHO to have a sufficient choice of evaluators, DG ECHO has published a call for expression of interest in the area of evaluation of humanitarian aid activities (OJ 2007/S 43 published on 2nd March 2007, ref: 2007/S 43-051877). The English text is available below. This call for expressions of interest will be valid for three years until 2nd March 2010 and applications may be sent to DG ECHO up to 2nd December 2009.
