Humanitarian operations

The European Commission is committed to guarantee full transparency on the beneficiaries of funds in line with the requirements of Article 30 of the Financial Regulations. 

In this section, you will find information covering all agreements and contracts signed in the field of humanitarian aid during the year concerned, whether financed under the General Budget of the EC or the European Development Fund (ACP countries only).

EC funded humanitarian assistance is implemented through humanitarian organisations. These are European NGOs, UN agencies and International organisations.

Below is a list of agreements, sorted by humanitarian organisation (beneficiary of ECHO's funding), over the last 4 years, with a reference to the country of operation, the subject of the grant and the amount funded by the EC.
