13/10/2013 – 3.1 million children die of under nutrition every year. On the occasion of World Food Day, the European Commission's Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department (ECHO) partnered with Action Against Hunger to raise awareness on the tragedy of children living with and dying of hunger all over the world, every day. A universal language was chosen for this message: music. Three concerts took place in Paris, Madrid and London, all with one objective - to move people throughout the world into joining in the battle to end hunger for good.
