ECHO's humanitarian partners

Twenty years of ECHO also means 20 years of fruitful cooperation with our humanitarian partners. More than 200 non-governmental organisations, United Nations agencies and international organisations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Societies provide expertise, enabling ECHO's assistance to reach the most vulnerable populations.

Partnership agreements are signed with these highly professional humanitarian actors so that together we can provide assistance that is driven by real needs while abiding by the principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence. In a world of increasingly complex humanitarian challenges, partnerships based on efficiency, accountability and transparency are vital for people affected by natural and man-made disasters. Experienced and brave humanitarian workers translate Europe's solidarity into life-saving assistance, often putting at risk their own security and safety.

Our 20th Anniversary is an occasion to say Thank You to our partners!
