Your personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.
The purpose of this data processing is the drawing up of a list of external experts that will assist the EACI in the evaluation activities relating to the implementation of the Intelligent Energy Europe programme, the Marco Polo programme as well Eco-innovation.
The lawfulness of this processing operation is based on the fact that the processing of data is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the general interest of the European Communities on the basis of the Treaties or other legal instruments adopted on the basis thereof.
The data will be unveiled only to the processor drawing up the list and the staff members that take part in the selection of experts out of the list. The information in question will not be communicated to third parties, except where necessary for the purposes outlined above or when the data subject has explicitly given its unambiguous consent.
The personal data of the external experts that are included in the list will be retained for the entire duration of the multiannual programmes relating to the above-mentioned programmes.
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You also have the right to be erased from the list upon written request.
