Born in 1966 in Ankara, graduated from Middle East Technical University Statistics Department, after developing and managing many Information Technology projects more than 13 years, being one of the main founders of TAGES Industry and Information Technology Research Development Implementation, Istanbul, for 8 years, she develops new business lines for meeting SMEs’ requirements in order to increase their competitive advantage by science, technology, innovation and international activities. She provides project development and management consulting to SMEs on EU funded technology projects in collaboration with universities, technology foundations and public SME organizations enabling technology transfer and knowledge dissemination activities through SMEs. She is experienced on ICT systems and business analysis, project management, innovation strategy and innovation program design and implementation, technology audit, user and SME requirement analysis and expert on cooperative networks creation and management. She is also working in Enterprise Interoperability Cluster formed by EC and reviews research projects under EU Framework Programs time to time. She is CEO of TAGES since 2002, founder and president of Professional Consultants Association and Board Member of Bilgi Cagi (Knowledge Age) Magazine which watch Turkish R&D and Innovation Processes. She natively speaks Turkish and Italian, very good English and poor French and Japanese.
