Thomas Froehlicher is Dean of HEC Management School - University of Liege (HEC-ULg). A University of Lorraine Professor in deputation, he holds a PhD in Management Sciences, a Master’s degree in Management and a BA in Sociology (University of Strasbourg). His research, publications and expertise relate to the new ways of introducing innovation: the strategic network between management, engineering and art design, the tools and methods of industrial creativity, and the management of competitiveness clusters. He initiated a series of international conferences on the Metamorphosis of Organizations. He edited Design Organisationnel et métamorphose des organisations and Working Spaces in Art, Science and Business. From 2001 to 2006, he was Director General of ICN Business School. In 2007 and 2008 he was leader of the ARTEM Project – Art, Technology and Management, which groups several Universities at the crossroads of artistic creation and design, technology, management and the entrepreneurial world.
