Stephanie APSEROU registered to attend the ICT 2013 Event
Stephanie Apserou obtained a Bachelor in Greek Literature and a Master degree in Medieval and Modern Greek Literature from the University of Ioannina. Since January 2012, she is a doctoral candidate at the University of Ioannina.
During her postgraduate studies she participated in the Erasmus Student Placement Programme and she visited the Centre of Hellenic Studies (Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies) at King`s College of London, where she had the opportunity to participate in seminars and trainings, and also in various research projects organized by the King`s College in collaboration with the Department of Digital Humanities of the college.
Since September 2012, Ms. Stephanie Apserou is working at GrantXpert Consulting Ltd as a Research Associate for European and national funded programmes. She is responsible for preparing both national and European proposals for the obtainment of grants and in helping in the administration and submission of application packages. She is also involved in the implementation of the projects through their administrative management. More specifically, she is involved in funded projects that relate to the subject of new educational methodologies for the development of creative and innovative skills to students. She is participating in research projects regarding the development of entrepreneurial and employability skills to youth and females. Additionally, she is involved in organizing seminars on behalf of the GrantXpert Consulting which are aimed at young people, unemployed people and young entrepreneurs.
Among her research interests are the involvement in research teams implementing projects regarding female and youth entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial and employability skills, educational and vocational youth training.
