TAS3: Trusted Architecture for Securely Shared Services

This is a technology or research stand, located in Zone R7 - Safety and Security. Stand number: R7-01

The ‘trusted architecture for securely shared services’ or TAS3 project aims to exchange identifiable personal information safely.

The TAS3 project provides a transparent and application-independent system in which trusted services can securely process and exchange personal information, regardless of where the details were collected. It can bring us closer to a more trusted, secure and privacy-aware digital world by making it much simpler for individuals and organisations to share personal information. This exhibit will demonstrate TAS3, which is based on a Belgian healthcare scenario, showing how citizens can access their sensitive data, check who else has accessed it, and confirm that their privacy policy settings were enforced before it was shared. On the stand there will also be a video that focuses on helping citizens to understand ‘their’ underlying concerns and needs.
