Corporate leaders are invited to endorse the Davos Declaration on the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs.
On Friday 24 January European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and Vice President Neelie Kroes met with CEOs from across the global economy together at the World Economic Forum in Davos to deepen and widen the network of corporate support for the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs .
Corporate leaders were invited to endorse the Davos Declaration on the Grand coalition for Digital Jobs in order to undertake one or more of the following:

Cooperate with other stakeholders to modernise education and training systems so that no student leaves school or higher education without a basic set of ICT skills
Raise awareness of ICT and promote internationally accepted credentials; in particular, to devote a part of the corporate marketing budgets to contribute to campaigns aimed to improve the image of ICT as an exciting field of work with great career perspectives.
Large and small companies, representative organisations and social partners are invited to join this common endeavour.
