While the Grand Coalition does not have a specific budget line, there are several funding instruments that stakeholders could examine, such as the following:
European Structural and Investment Funds, esp. the European Social Fund and the Youth Employment Initiative. This possibility was highlighted at the conclusions of the latest European Council, which stated that "part of the European Structural and Investment Funds (2014-2020) should be used for ICT education [...]".
Erasmus+, the new EU programme for education, training, youth and sport for 2014-2020, starting in January 2014.
