The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for 2014 has been awarded with one half to John O´Keefe and the other half jointly to May‐Britt Moser and Edvard I. Moser, for their discoveries of cells that constitute a positioning system in the brain. Read more

RoboLaw project coordinator Prof. Erica Palmerini and RoboLaw researcher Dr. Andrea Bertolini of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, in Pisa, Italy, have been invited to present a paper on the main findings of the RoboLaw project (Regulating Emerging Robotic Technologies in Europe: Robotics facing Law and Ethics) at the workshop 'Upcoming issues of EU law', organised by the JURI Committee of the European Parliament. The conclusions of the project have been also profiled in a recent article of the Economist. Read more
