The European Commission has again opened an investigation over the German telecoms regulator pricing of fixed termination rates (FTRs) for the new alternative operators on the market. The German regulator (BNetzA) consequently does not follow the EU recommended approach for the calculation of FTRs, which leads to competition and consumer harm. Read more
